Eye specialist?

I’m new to this and first post so apologies if the answer is already up. I’m looking to see if anyone has had experience with catiracs with their dog? Especially younger dogs. I have a 2 year old golden retriever and he was born with them. I’m looking to see if anyone has had the same problem or had them removed if there was any issues. If someone could recommend a veterinary eye specialist that would be great.
